The German Multivan Kitesurfer Masters represent the highest national league in kitesurfing. Under the umbrella of the German Kitesurf Association (GKA) and the German Sailors' Association (DSV), the competitors will fight for the International German Championship title in kitesurfing.

The championship title is determined in the form of a regatta series. The series consists of three to five tour stops on the most attractive beaches of the North and Baltic Sea. The results of the individual regattas are summarized in a ranking list. The first place in the ranking at the end of the season will be honoured with the title "German Champion".

At the Multivan Kitesurf Masters the three disciplines Racing, Slalom and Freestyle are held.
